ATLANTIC IMAGING POLICIES

Atlantic Imaging accepts, checks, visa and master card. Orders from In-House accounts will be invoiced net 15 days from date of delivery. All other orders require a 65% deposit with the balance due on delivery.

Your are invited to fill out a credit app. Click on credit app. to request an application. We will fax you an application for credit within 24 hours, please remember to leave your fax number. Jobs are invoiced as they are completed. Please understand that if an account extends over 15 days, there is the possibility it will be placed on a C.O.D. basis until account is current, and past due balances will be subject to a interest rate of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum). In-House account orders in excess of $5,000 or including custom hardware, require a deposit of 50%. We require the signature of an authorized officer from your company on our credit app.

We require that purchase orders accompany all incoming jobs. If your company does not use purchase orders please call and we will fax a quotation for a signature. /p>

Standard turnaround time is 5 days. We can offer rush and special services like same day or weekend production when possible. Rush service < 24 hours is 100% surcharge. Rush <48 hours is 50% surcharge. A minimum of $500.00 plus job costs will be billed to open the production facility for emergency production.

Atlantic Imaging charges a minimum of $5.00 for shipping and handling. For shipments or deliveries (using agreed upon delivery method) in excess of $5.00, the customer will be charged Atlantic Imaging's shipping cost. We will not mark up shipping costs, however some handling charges may apply. Pick up and delivery are your responsibility.

Any vehicle/project which is not picked up the day of completion is subject to a $100.00 per day storage fee.

All reorders unless requested within 48 hours of delivery will be billed as a new job. We will remake print orders if deemed unacceptable by both parties, and the request is made within 48 hours.hours

Most of the process time is spent in the design phase where we will develop the concept that you have for your wrap. The length of time in design can be shortened if you bring specific ideas to the design meeting. After that comes the production and installation stage. It usually takes less than 2 weeks for the process to be complete.

Atlantic Imaging will take great care in handling all original media of all formats. However, submitting any original artwork, printed piece, chart, graph, or any type of media storage, constitutes an agreement by you that if such material is damaged, lost, or stolen, our liability (and that of any other processor) is limited to the replacement of an equivalent amount of unprocessed material or media.media. When submitted materials will not produce a satisfactory end product we will image on a "conditional image" basis. We will not accept remakes on a "conditional image" job. Atlantic Imaging will contact customers if the provided file place the job in the "conditional image" category. Any quantity print jobs where the client waives the approval of the first print, are printed as a "conditional image" job.

Any artwork, design, rendering, photograph, or advertising / marketing ideas produced at any time by Atlantic Imaging Visuals LLC, are copyrighted once produced. These products or ideas are the sole possession and intellectual property of Atlantic Imaging Visuals LLC. Any unauthorised use of Atlantic Imaging Visuals LLC artwork, design, rendering, photograph, advertising / marketing ideas, or intellectual property without the expressed written consent of Atlantic Imaging Visuals LLC, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Any art work submitted is considered copyrighted and must have a written release from the artist. The client agrees to save and hold harmless and to indemnify Atlantic Imaging for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any fees or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit asserting copyright infringement from the clients order or the enforcement of any provision.
